Dunav Plod Ltd. uses clean energy in the production process. We create our own solar energy thanks to the photovoltaic panels on our orchards. We water our crops without a carbon footprint by using entirely green energy.

We are committed to having our logistics centers and cold storage facilities 80 percent independent of the electricity grid powered entirely by green energy by 2025.

We invest in a quality department that ensures all produce in stages from growing, to picking, to the exit of the sorting machines, to reaching our customers meets the highest quality standards. Members of our organization are also certified for offering top quality produce before they gain exclusive rights to sell through our organization.

We have producers certified under Global GAP - a repository of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) recognized and applicable worldwide. Producers also have Global GAP GRASP certification: The Global gap GRASP standard is a risk assessment of social practices (GRASP), it is a voluntary assessment that can be carried out simultaneously with a Global GAP audit. Its main aim is to raise awareness of social practices in primary production. The assessment result does not affect Global GAP certification, but serves as additional information for supply chain partners.
